I think the hardest thing with dieting and fitness, is doing it everyday. I find my self slacking lately b/c of stress and work obligations.
Its hard to want to concentrate on working out when you're never in the mood to sweat or feel pain in your legs.
Tonight I am going to a community center that has a gym and a swimming pool. I'm hoping that will give me inspiration to at least work out hard twice a week. That way I know I'm giving myself motivation and I can monitor my progress better. Working out at home is lazy time for me. I get bored and distracted.
I've noticed that food is not so much an issue. I've handled eating better than I thought. I eat my breakfast and lunch. Dinner is harder b/c I'm trying to watch my intake.
Well, I'm looking forward to a hard work out tonight. I hope I can walk tomorrow.
