Day 3 in Week 3

Today is Day 3 in week 3 and last night was a difficult night for me. I was so sore from Monday's night workout, I almost didn't work out. I only completed 25 minutes of light cardio training. The Alli pill is making me sick. Any fats I eat come out in nasty, horrible side affects. I'm prone to horrible gas and oily discharge; so got to be sure there's minimum amount of fat in my diet.

Hopefully, today will be a better day. I think I was suffering from wanting more fatty foods or anything with sugar.

This week I'll be adding a before picture. Give you idea of why I need to drop the excess weight.
I'm trying and its hard. Pray for me today!

Keep thinking of how pretty I will look by summer and the SHORT skirts I will be wearing-showing off my big legs! :)


UPDATE: I just started reading my comments and I'm so excited to have such support. Mainly these are my cousins, but they are my rock and I love them dearly for all their warm words.

OK, my true test today is going to lunch with my co-workers. They are my WORK ROCK- so I'm sure they'll make sure I'm staying the course. I'm nervous about eating at a restaurant, but here we go. I've got to trust myself.

LIGHT, HEALTHY lunch is the way to go. I CAN DO THIS!
