Week 4 Day 1

Ok, today is week 4 and day 1. I checked the scale at Target to see if anything has changed. And I've lost a total of 5 lbs. That's what I expected.

This is harder than I expected, but progressing as well as can be. A little distracted over the weekend. Trying to catch up on household projects and getting my meals prepared for this week. I slacked on the exercise part. I think I did a total of 1 hour for 2 days. That's being generous. I was caught off guard with exhaustion. Not sure why I slept so much, but I must have needed it.

Anyway, Sunday I prepared my meals for the week (mainly for work). That's where I need the discpline b/c I can't seem to find a snack or meal to fulfill me throughout the day. However, I have a new plan and hopefully I have prepared everything to be satify my hungry pains.

Ok, new week and day. Let's get it moving....
