Yesterday was a busy day. Chaos with my niece. Long story.
Got home and work out only for 1/2 hour. That wasn't nearly enough for me. I just needed to relax and get some rest. That's important for everyone's health. Getting enough sleep and relaxing your mental state. Stress adds to your weight gain.
Ok, the goal for this weekend is to hit my apartment's fitness center. At least do some time on a trendmill and the weight machines. Got to tone it all up too. I don't want to lose weight and have excess skin on my arms and thighs.
Today, I tried to sneak in a slice of pizza. I pulled myself away and pouted all the way to my desk. I really wanted to eat some junk food. But NO! I started to think about the side effects of Alli and well, that was nixed.
UPDATE
Had a slight meltdown this afternoon. I was so hungry and the water just wasn't getting it for me. Thank god my co-workers suggested Micky D's yogart/walnut snack. That has settled the hungry cravings. Going to the market tonight to get better snacks (and they have to fall under the calorie intake for the day).
