Tuesday night was a rough night. I did my 1 hour of Cardio and I added a new routine to my workout schedule. On Comcast - OnDemand- there's a fitness option and different shows that may appeal to some. So I check out the ABs section and the walking section. I did the 6 ways to Great Abs and the Walk at Home- 1 Mile routines. I couldn't finish the 1 mile walk- I had to give up after 10 minutes (its 20 minutes long), but at least I tried and I'll come back to it tonight.
Lord that was hard! On top of the Exercisetv.tv show I downloaded -KickingBoxing, I worked my butt off! I have to say it was not easy. I can't do all the routines and sometimes I have to sit down b/c my knee hurts, but ultimately if you keep trying every day- it gets easier.
I meant to come back to the last post from Tuesday morning. But I was so frustrated with home, I didn't. But here's what I wanted to add to that post.
Don't ever let anyone distract you or let their insecurities interfere with your desire to reach your goals. Yes, you will falter and yes, you will disappoint yourself, but if you let someone else’s negative feedback steal your enthusiasm, you fail yourself. No one is perfect; no one is infallible and no one is better than the other. You must always believe you can make a difference in your OWN life. Because in the end, you need to be proud of yourself. As women, we let ourselves down and let others define us in these roles. If you believe you can be a RENAISSANCE WOMAN, THEN DO IT!
I know I am a dynamic person. So I will not allow anyone to taint my vision.
It’s Wednesday- halfway through the week and ready to attack those pounds.

Update: Here's a website that has videos for free you can stream and workout with. Cool site. I downloaded the kickboxing and ab work out. It kicked my ass!
