Week 4 Day 4

Good Morning All,

Today is a great day. Last night, worked out only for 20 minutes but it was a good workout. Just need to concentrate a little harder on my butt and abs more. I was a little winded last night. I think I had too many cigs during the day and it winded. I have to cut back more b/c I can't keep up with the cardio if I don't.

"H" cooked a great meal and it was actually fit within my diet restrictions. Wow! I was amazed it was so good and I wasn't nervous about eating anything.

Busy day today, but I am diligent in watching my food intake and getting a good workout today.
