Ok, in the past 2 days I have not been on my workout regime. I've slacked so badly that I almost called it quits. However, I've put that home stress behind me and I'm pushing myself to get back on the bandwagon TODAY.
I'll update later today, but I've got to stick with my work out plan or I'll never get back to it.
My stress level has tripled in the last 2 days, so all I wanted to do is crawl into bed and sleep.
Can't let it get to me.
At least I did not sway from my food intake. My eating habits are right on track, so I don't expect that to change. But not working out doesn't make me successful.
GOT TO PUSH MYSELF.
