Week 5 Day 2

Ok, I've been laxed on updating my blog. But I can say I'm doing really well this week. I weighed myself on Sunday and I lost another pound. So I'm coming up to 10 lbs total. I'm so happy. But my fitness instructor/cousin advised me to stop looking at the scale and concentrate on measurements.

Ok, that's next. I'm going to start measuring. Need to get a real measuring tape- you know, the sewing kind and not the one used around your home. Used that on Monday and seeing your waist size in FEET, doesn't cut it.

This is a tough week. Did not want to work out last night, but at least I put in 20 minutes of work out time.

But my main concern is feeling full after eating. I'm still hungry after lunch. I've been reading my Biggest Loser cookbooks and other supporting websites, but I can't take not eating Fried Food. That's what I miss the most.

Ok, going to work out a little longer tonight to make up for the loss of time yesterday.
