Ok, I've been sick for the last couple of days. Trying to get over a horrible chest cold that has forced me not to work out since Friday.
I'm feeling better and plan on going to the gym this week.
Also, I have my measurements now. I didn't want to post them- but I guess I should. I need to see them in writing otherwise I won't believe that I'm actually dropping inches.
When you're sick, its hard to concentrate on healthy food, when all you want is junk food to make you feel better. I haven't been able to eat any yogart in the morning, so I'm missing my routine.
Ok, new week and my goal is to loose 12 pounds in the next 6 weeks. I want to be under a specific number before April.
