I've been sick for the past 2 days, so working out has been difficult because I'm having a hard time breathing. So Thursday and Friday evening I'm taking a break. However I'm resuming working out on Saturday. I can't have 2 days missed between workouts. That will deter me and I would make up excuses to never work out.
This weekend is measuring time. I bought a measuring tape and plan on getting this measurements right. I'm curious of the places that I lost inches.
One thing to remember, I always bring water with me. Water will fill you up faster than chips or food. It will nourish you until you can a reasonable meal ready to eat.
