Just working over the weekend and decided to check my weight. I lost another 2 lbs. I'm very happy I accomplished this. It was not easy. Anyway, I checked with my cousin, who is fitness specialist. She says I'm doing well with my exercise routines and gave me more advice on food intake. That was very helpful, b/c I was getting worried I wasn't doing things right.
And I'm really excited about the upcoming weeks. Its not easy but working hard to get myself through the next month.
