Week 8 Day 4

I've decided to add work outs in the morning to my routine. LORD! does it kill me to add that extra time in the morning. But its worth it.

Only the hiccup is I'm coming down with a cold, so now I'm really dragging my butt to get motivated. Who wants to work out when you're coughing up a lung?

Here's some good news. I haven't weighed myself in weeks; I did this week. I've lost a total of 14 lbs since I began this journey. I'm so excited. I'm not going to check my weight again for the next few weeks again. I like the surprise of losing weight.

Tomorrow, I'm measuring myself. I want to see where I'm losing the weight.

So now I'm working out every other day in the morning and work out every evening.

Got to keep going- Spring is coming soon. Need to some changes before April.

Let's get it moving people- even when you're sick.
